VacuScope comfort is a powerful and robust handheld measuring device suitable for all tasks in the field of milking machine testing. From quick functional tests to detailed testing and maintenance tasks (consulting, research and development)

With two high-quality internal vacuum sensors, two interfaces for external sensors and an additional interface for an optional air flow meter, the device is also suitable for complex measurement tasks, including testing complete milking systems according to DIN ISO 6690.

Testing methods:
Short-term measurements
Recording of up to 200 short-term measurements on up to four channels: pulsation according to ISO 6690, fluctuations at 1-99 ms intervals, maximum and minimum values (e.g. headspace vacuum).

Long-term measurements
Vacuum and temperature, e.g. during a milking process or cleaning of the milking system.

Individual measurements
Recording of 7×20 independent measured values (vacuum, air inlet into a cluster, air flow, speed, temperature, voltage).

Complete milking machine test
Up to 10 installations with up to 100 milking units each according to ISO 6690:2007 & NMC:2012 standard (US) in menu-driven programs with additional functions. All vacuum values, results and target values to be complied with are calculated automatically. Reports can be output to screen, printer and PC.
